Things to know about today:

Teams with at least five or more will be boxed together for pickup. If you are part of a smaller team or participating as an individual, you may send a designee to pick up your packet.

Many of the weekend activities require an RSVP or payment in advance. Bookings will open in March and be processed on a first come, first serve basis. We will add more activities if/when things sell out.

Fripp check-in time is 4pm but you can start enjoying the resort as soon as you arrive! Reserve a golf cart in advance and you can pick it up anytime after 9am- cruise the island and stake out your place on the beach- or at any of the seven resort pools.

Things to know about today:

The start line is at the store on Fripp and our course takes you over the bridge to Hunting where you will enjoy a beautiful mix of trails and beach walking/running. The finish line (and party) is at the Fripp Beach Club and we will have shuttles to take you back to get your golf cart. We will also have volunteers to drive your golf carts from the start to the finish; all you have to do is leave your key in the cart and we’ll move it for you! Valet at its best!

Bag drop will be at the start line and we will bring your bags down to the finish.

The Hunting Island Lighthouse is at mile 4.5 and is available for climbing for just 2 bucks. It’s a great view and a nice change of pace for your muscles. 

Park paths are flat and well traveled but are not suitable for wheelchairs. Strollers are allowed for those walking, but we ask that you start in the back of the pack to allow others to pass you.

Please note that Survivor Celebration is at 1pm and we ask all our registered breast cancer survivors to join us at the mic so that your 1500 fans can honor you.

Things to know about today:

Buses will depart from the Beach Club at 8am. Do not be late.

If you want to drive to Dataw, please arrive at the club by 8:15 so that our buses can maneuver the narrow streets; it is a 20 minute drive from Fripp. You might want to carpool with friends so you can enjoy historic downtown Beaufort after the race (only 20 minutes from Dataw).

Buses will run back to Fripp between 11:30 and 2pm as they are full.

The finish line party will include use of the resort pool, croquet courts, and bocce court so pack your plan accordingly! Bag drop will be set up at the start/finish line. ”So pack your BAG accordingly”

Our golf cart decorating contest and parade will be at Fripp later in the day. You’ve got months to think about how you want to decorate your golf cart; just make sure you can pack all the decorations and supplies in your suitcase! Think big yall… we have prizes for the winners!

Things to know about today:

High tide is 7:57am so we can’t get on the beach until around 9, which is why only the last mile of the course is on the beach.

Bag drop will be at the beach club.

If you are taking your flamingos home, you can take them after 11am (or leave them for next year’s flock).

Return your golf cart to the Marina (or applicable rental company).

Make sure you’ve registered for 2020 before you leave!
