We’ve got 200 of ‘em; toilets every 1-2 miles (and lots of em)

We’re doubling down on the trail mix, popcorn, orange slices, grapes, apples, bananas, ice pops, energy balls, and power bars. Get treats every 2ish miles

We’ve got menus for vegan, vegetarian, and meat lovers covered! We’ve got all your favorites lined up: fresh sandwiches, fried chicken, salads, soups, BBQ, vegee burgers

Our daily after parties crank up 90 minutes after start and keep rocking for hours. Finish first or last, we’ll still be cheering you on at the finish line… with hundreds of friends

We had to order bigger bags to stuff all your 2019 loot in: tech shirt, custom eyeblacks, tattoos, Fancy headband, and flip flops that leave a special imprint message in the sand! Oh, and let’s not forget the four medals and all the goods from our sponsors

Because the majority of FlockStars will be staying together on Fripp, you can sleep in every morning and enjoy the 9am starts on Fri and Sat (and 7:30am on Sunday)

Our courses are lined with veteran walkers/runners that are trained in every aspect of the event. They are there to direct you, answer questions, lend a hand, radio for a ride, or just give ya a high five

We’re adding cyclists to the front of the pack to give our runners someone to chase to the finish line! Bicycle guides and golf cart patrols will also be dispersed throughout the course to keep everyone on track and to offer assistance if needed

While our survivors will always lead the pack each morning, we will corral the runners immediately behind them and start the official race clock three minutes after the survivors depart, Our top three finishers will be recognized each day 🙂

Our pitstops are packed with bandaids, mole skin, and all the other race essentials so you’ll never miss a step. And our team of first responders is never more than five minutes away if the need arises.

Our emergency phone number is printed on the back of your bib so you’re just a phone call away from first aid or a ride

We know life happens, so we’ve got 5-mile short cuts available each day.

Pavement is nice, but the good stuff happens on the trails, pathways, beaches, and gorgeous golf courses! We’ve even found a way to include HILLS in our 2019 courses thanks the ancient dune system on Hunting Island. Note: this year’s courses are probably not suited for strollers or wheelchairs

Our start lines are all at the Fripp Island Beach Club so if you’re staying on island, you can ride your golf cart there in less than five minutes. There’s also plenty of parking if you plan on daytripping to the island each day.

We’ve partnered with Kelly Tours to provide affordable shuttle service from SAV airport to Fripp (and return). Or you can carpool to the island with new friends you meet on our private Facebook group page (rental cars are just $150 for the four days and you can split the costs)!

We’ve got three new amps for our PA system so you’ll hear us no matter where you try to hide! And our very own DJ Alan is already booked for four days of antics, ridiculousness, and laughing-til-you-pee shenanigans.
